Q: What are Parking Spots?
A: Talentuition allows for up to one opening per 10 employees on payroll. We call this a “Parking Spot”. A Parking Spot can be used for any type of position and for as long as needed. Once a position is filled, the Parking Spot is now available for the next opening.
Q: How many Parking Spots do I have available?
A: One Parking Spot is available per 10 employees at your company. For example, a company that has between 10 and 19 employees can have one Spot open at a time, a company of 20 to 29 can have up to two openings at a time.
Q: How many times can I use a Parking Spot?
A: It can be used as many times as you need it.
Q: What if I have multiple opening for the same position?
A: A Parking Spot can also be used when you need multiple people for the same job if it is in the same location. If the openings are in multiple locations, than they are different Parking Spots.
Q: Can I change services levels?
A: You can move from the Classic level up to the Advanced level at any time, doing so will reset the annual commitment. Moving from the Advanced to the Classic requires a 60-day notice and resets the annual commitment.
Q: What if I need more Parking Spots than I am allowed?
A: Clients wishing to have more available Parking Spots may ‘buy’ up to the next level either temporarily or permanently. Please contact the Director of Operations for costs and details.
Q: Are there any additional costs when a candidate is hired?
A: No. There are no additional hiring fees.
Q: Who pays for postings on job boards?
A: We do. You will have no out-of-pocket costs for ads unless you choose. Our experts will determine the best places to post your openings based on location, job market, job duties, and historical success with various job boards.
Q: Can I send you internal candidates for evaluation?
A: Absolutely, we encourage this as it will keep internal and external candidates on a level playing field. You can send the candidates information directly to your designated recruiting specialist, or better yet, have the candidate apply to one of the posted job ads.
