Once you have determined a new hire is needed for your company, getting started with a search is quick and easy.
Step 1: Request
The first step is to complete a “Position Request Form” and send it to your designated recruiting specialist. The form includes a checklist of additional documentation needed, including job description(s) and any ads you have used in the past for the position.
Step 2: Review
We will review the request and contact you to schedule a 30-minute intake call. During the call, we will review the Position Request Form with you and gather any additional information needed to make a great match for your organization.
Step 3: Launch
From there, we begin our work on the project. Depending on the service level you have chosen, this could include re-writing job ads and placing them on up to 400 job boards. Our team will use our extensive experience with ad placement to determine the best and most targeted locations to get the greatest results.
Step 4: Candidate Evaluation
Classic: We will review every candidate that applies to the opening, determining which responders best fit the unique job requirement for the position and your company environment. We will work with you to hone in on the critical aspects so you only see the best of the best.
Advanced: In addition to what is included in the Classic service, we will also conduct phone interviews to filter out the best candidates. This is where our services really shine. During our conversations with the candidates we can evaluate their personality, explain why your organization is great to work for, and uncover hidden talents or ‘red flags’. From there, we will send you not only their resume, but also the results of the interview in a concise bullet point format highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and company culture fit.
